We want to be clear about the project requirements, the process involved and the milestones for delivery and so we place a lot of importance on mobilising for the project:

  1. Project Initiation. We’ll initiate a project start up meeting with the client project contact and senior stakeholders.
  2. Project Programme. A programme will be developed to outline project tasks and their durations, milestones for delivery and any key dates for stakeholder engagement.
  3. Project Brief. It’s essential to gain clarity around the purpose of the implementation. With early identification of the goals and objectives a project brief can be formulated and the implementation assessed accordingly.
