We want to be clear about the project requirements, the process involved and the milestones for delivery and so we place a lot of importance on mobilising for the project:
- Project Initiation. We’ll initiate a project start up meeting with the client project contact and senior stakeholders.
- Project Programme. A programme will be developed to outline project tasks and their durations, milestones for delivery and any key dates for stakeholder engagement.
- Project Brief. It’s essential to gain clarity around the purpose of the implementation. With early identification of the goals and objectives a project brief can be formulated and the implementation assessed accordingly.
